Mary Tuttle’s Floral and Gifts has been a unique store in the West County area for over 30 years. From a simple corsage to a lavish wedding, lovely accessories, both personal and for the home, Mary’s vision for beauty and quality has always been the go-to standard for ease and elegance.
Though Mary Tuttle Gallow passed away in February, her daughter and long-time store manager, Angela, has worked to make the transition seamless. She continues to lead the store forward with their great staff and Mary’s husband, Howard Gallow, as president of the company.
Mary Tuttle’s carries products from all over the world. As a lifestyle store carrying fresh florals and gifts, they have a unique offering for the St. Louis area. Mary Tuttle’s carries home accessories, several lines of fine crystal and glassware, tableware, baby gifts, jewelry and so much more, in addition to the floral designs, both fresh and silk. They have great offerings from Juliska, Match, Vietri, Lampe Berger, Sid Dickens, Julie Vos, Little Giraffe and Kissy Kissy, just to name a few. The store offers delivery service, gift wrapping and bridal registry, knowing that personal service is their hallmark.
In 2007, just two doors down, they launched Amelia’s Fine Linens, which carries wonderful bedding, toweling, home fragrances and sleepwear. Both stores show the same attention to detail, quality and taste their customers have come to know. They carry a wonderful selection for home and bath at Amelia’s, including SFERRA, Matouk, SDH, Bella Notte, Scandia and kai [one of Oprah’s Favorite Things].
“Carrying on Mom’s legacy is a big responsibility, but with our great staff, we will keep her vision of great quality, service and selection going,” says Angela.
