Class 4, 3 high school district soccer tournaments set to begin

Defending Class 4 state champion CBC begins its quest to return to state this week in district soccer action.
CBC is hosting the District 2 tournament. The Cadets are seeded second. De Smet is the top seed. During the regular season, De Smet defeated CBC twice by 1-0 scores.
The first came in a tournament and the second was in a Metro Catholic Conference matchup.
Here are the Class 4 and Class 3 seeds and matchups.
Class 4
District 2
At CBC
Seeds: 1. De Smet (14-5). 2. CBC (17-5-2). 3. Marquette (16-3). 4. Lafayette (7-11-3).
Schedule:  Lafayette vs. De Smet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 24) followed by CBC vs. Marquette at 6:30 p.m.  The two winners play for the district championship at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
District 7
At Parkway South
Seeds:  1.Vianney (18-7-1). 2. Kirkwood (19-4-4). 3. Eureka (10-7-1). 4. Parkway South (12-9-2).
Schedule: Vianney vs Parkway South at 5 p.m. Tuesday followed at 7 p.m. by Kirkwood vs. Eureka.  The two winners play for the district championship at 6 p.m. Thursday.
District 8
At St. Louis University High
Seeds: 1. St. Louis University (21-3-1). 2. Chaminade (15-7-2). 3. Ritenour (11-9-1).
Schedule:  Chaminade vs. Ritenour at 6 p.m. Monday (Oct. 23).  The winner plays St. Louis University at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Class 3
District 5
At Parkway North
Seeds: 1. Parkway Central (15-8-1). 2. Parkway West (8-16-1). 3. Parkway North (9-15). 4. Westminster Christian Academy (11-10-1).
Schedule: Parkway Central vs. Westminster at 4 p.m. Monday followed at 6 p.m. by Parkway West vs. Parkway North. The two winners will play for the district championship at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
District 6
At Clayton
Seeds: 1.Clayton (12-9). 2. Ladue (13-11-1). 3. MICDS (12-10-1). 4. University City (4-17).
Schedule:  Clayton vs. University City at 4 p.m. Monday followed at 5:45 p.m. by Ladue vs. MICDS. The  two winners will play for the district championship at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
