39 North, the AgTech innovation district located in Creve Coeur, is reported to be making progress on several projects:

• The Olive/Lindbergh Boulevard interchange project is receiving responses to the request for proposals, with interviews scheduled for May.

• The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership has finalized the contract with Reitz & Jens for the first stage of the 39 North Greenway connecting Stacey Park to the Helix Center. Funding for this project, $400,000, came from Great Rivers Greenway.

• Clayton-based Christner Inc. has been selected to lead the project to redesign Old Olive Street Road in the style of other local Great Streets. Costs for the street’s redevelopment are earmarked at $500,000 with $450,000 coming from St. Louis County and $50,000 coming from the city of Creve Coeur.

• In terms of tenancies, the world’s largest sugarcane tech company, Brazil’s Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira, has chosen BRDG Park as the home of its North American Research headquarters.
