Hardesty Homes’ Bordeaux display at Grand Reserve in Chesterfield is now open with a grand opening planned for Saturday, Aug. 18. To celebrate, Hardesty is offering $20,000 in free options for the next five accepted contracts.
Grand Reserve, conveniently located off Olive Boulevard, is Hardesty’s newest offering of the builder’s popular luxury Cottage Home series – with names like Chardonnay, Merlot and Sangria.
Homes are priced from the $570’s, ranging in size from 1,732 to 2,640 square feet.
“We had six sales before the display was even finished,” noted president and veteran home builder Brett Hardesty. “We must be doing it right!”
“Grand Reserve is a unique product for West County,” agreed Hardesty Homes sales manager Lori Finley. “These are single-family, low-maintenance homes that we can work with the buyer to customize to suit their needs. They are luxury homes with high-end finishes that are not overly large in square footage or yard size. Brett calls them ‘jewel boxes.’ Most of Chesterfield is either very large homes with large yards, much older homes or a villa product.”
The Grand Reserve enclave consists of 37 single-family homes that are loaded with standard luxury features including stone and brick front elevations, landscaping, irrigation systems, security systems, 9- and 11-foot ceilings on most plans, wood flooring at main living areas, granite kitchen countertops, gas fireplaces and more.
