La Finca Coffee Shop, an authentic Columbian-style coffee shop, located at 37 South Central, Suite A, in Eureka, had its grand opening on Tuesday, Oct. 23.

PM BBQ is now open at 15622 Manchester Road in Ellisville. PM BBQ was previously located in Chesterfield Valley.

Office Depot is now open at 439 Lafayette Center in Manchester. A ribbon-cutting for the new store took place on Wednesday, Oct. 17.

A Skechers store is now open in Ballwin. In the same plaza, a new Old Navy is under construction as well.

Nana Mama’s Pizza is now open at 15483 Clayton Road [the former Fortel’s Pizza site] in Ballwin.

Friendship Village staff, residents, and board members gathered on Sept. 27 to leave a permanent mark on the current building expansion of the Chesterfield location. The 36-acre senior living campus located at 15201 Olive Blvd. in Chesterfield is undergoing construction to add dynamic new spaces and amenities for existing and new residents. The construction is scheduled to be completed in Fall 2020.

Lutheran Senior Services has begun a planned expansion at its Mason Pointe senior living community in Town & Country. The $70 million project will add 156 new independent living apartments in a new three-story, 390,000 square foot facility that also features underground parking and wellness center with indoor pool. The Mason Pointe campus is located along the South Outer Road of Interstate 64 near Mason Road.

The St. Louis Alumnae Panhellenic Association received The Citation of Merit Award from the National Panhellenic Conference. NPC annually recognizes Alumnae Panhellenics for their outstanding achievements in building positive relationships with College Panhellenics and promote the sorority experience.
