Local law enforcement is currently looking for an Ellisville resident who has been shipping drugs from Colorado to resell to local high school students. The suspect has been identified as 42-year-old Jennifer Haley.For the past year, Haley has made repeated trips to the state of Colorado to purchase large sums of drugs that she would then ship them back to her Ellisville home to be repackaged and resold, mainly to high school age clients in local schools.
Hayley’s residence was identified as a condominium located along Carmel Woods Drive, which is located near the city’s public Bluebird Park. According to Ellisville Detective Joey Nickles, Haley’s residence is within 1,000 feet of the park and within 2,000 feet of the nearest school.Local officers and a K9 unit searched Haley’s residence on Oct. 10, where law enforcement recovered a variety of both legal and illegal drugs, including 20 alprazolam pills [Xanax] and multiple LSD tablets. Police also found 12 marijuana bongs, multiple marijuana grinders, 100 grams of cannabis concentrate, 50 vape pen cartridges, over six pounds of marijuana and more. Also found were 47 packages of THC edibles in the forms of chocolates, gummies and other candies. According to Nickles, the edibles were believed to be homemade.
“She was into a lot of stuff,” Nickles said.
According to Nickles, Haley is currently wanted for questioning. Charges include distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location, unlawful delivery of drug paraphernalia and the manufacturing of a controlled substance.
According to Nickles, Haley is believed to still be in Colorado at the time of the search. She has been described as a white female who is 5’7” tall, about 235 pounds, and has purple hair.
