Checking progress on Ballwin’s new city hall

By: Jim Erickson

Ballwin Assistant City Administrator Andy Hixson [center] points to features in the city’s Board of Aldermen meeting room at the new city hall now under construction in Vlasis Park. With him are Ballwin Mayor Tim Pogue [left] and interim City Administrator Bob Kuntz.

The building is being constructed just north of the current administration building at the Manchester Road-Seven Trails Drive intersection. As of early December, the project was described as “ahead of schedule and under budget,” with most exterior work done and current efforts centered on completing the interior. The goal is to have the structure ready for occupancy in spring 2019.
