Chabad of Chesterfield is hoping to start a ripple of kindness, compassion and connection throughout the area with two unique projects.
“We can all agree the world needs a little more kindness, but it takes action.” Rabbi Avi Rubenfeld, co-director of Chabad of Chesterfield, said.
The first initiative is the Loaves of Love Challah nomination. Area residents can nominate a friend, neighbor, health professional or first responder to receive one of the Chabad’s Challah & Cookies care packages, prepared following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations. Each Friday, challah packages are delivered throughout the Chesterfield, Ballwin and Ellisville areas. There is no cost to nominate someone. Simply fill out the form online at ChabadOfChesterfield.com/nominate.
The second initiative features Positivity Lawn Signs, which are available free of charge to Chesterfield, Ballwin and Ellisville residents. Interested parties can visit ChabadOfChesterfield.com/smiles to claim their free lawn sign.
