Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care has opened its Chesterfield location at 196 Hilltown Village Center. Kiddie Academy can serve 160 students ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Rozanna, 403 Lafayette Center in Manchester, is coming soon with traditional flavors and the warm Mediterranean flair of Middle Eastern cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner, Rozanna also will be available for private events, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions and catered events.

Pieology Pizzeria opened its third St. Louis location in the Food Court at West County Center, 80 W County Center Drive in Des Peres. Pieology makes its dough and sauce fresh daily and offers custom salads in addition to its large pizza menu, which includes plant-based options.


Wallis Companies, one of the leading petroleum marketers in the U.S., recently raised $50,000 for Operation Food Search (OFS). The donation was driven by sales of its Grab-and-Go fresh food items sold in its On the Run convenience stores. Proceeds from the fundraising campaign will benefit OFS’s Summer Food Service Program, which ensures children 18 years of age and younger continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session.


Nalini Mahadevan, principal attorney for MLO Law, LLC, was named one of 25 St. Louis Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women for 2020. Renee Gentle, Logan University chiropractic student, was recently elected Central Regional Representative of the Student American Black Chiropractic Association, representing six chiropractic schools in the Midwest. Gentle is the fourth consecutive Logan student to hold this national position. 


The West St. Louis Chamber of Commerce hosts its virtual general membership meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 27. The guest speaker is Lisa Nichols with Technology Partners, Inc.
