Wildwood City Administrator Sam Anselm resigned Sept. 23 from his position with the city to pursue other career endeavors, according to a release issued by the city.
In submitting his resignation, he said, “Wildwood is a wonderful place to live and work, and I’ve enjoyed meeting many people during my time with the city.”
Anselm started his work with the city on Aug. 14, 2019. His resignation is effective as of today.
“We appreciate the work Sam did while he was part of our team, and we wish him all the best as he continues in his career,” Mayor Jim Bowlin commented.
The city will be appointing an interim city administrator in the coming weeks and will commence the search for a permanent replacement.
