David Herod was approved by the Rockwood Board of Education as the new director of Rockwood Early Childhood Education, beginning July 1. Herod replaces Dr. Suzanne Foshage, who resigned in February.
Currently, Herod is the coordinator of Rockwood Early Childhood Special Education & Behavior Services, where he has served since 2018. Prior to that, he was the director of special services for the Wright City School District and the assistant director of student services for the Orchard Farm School District.
Herod earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Missouri Baptist University, and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University.
