The Goddard School selected 2019 Business of the Year

Jason and Maria Brunk The Manchester Homecoming Committee is happy to announce the Goddard School as its 2019 Business of the Year. The school, located at 1108 Sulphur Springs Road, has been open since 2010 and provides care and education for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. Teacher Allison Ebert named as 2019 Citizen of the Year

Allison Ebert Allison Ebert, Manchester Homecoming Citizen of the Year, is being recognized by the city and the Manchester Homecoming Festival Committee for being a positive force in both the city of Manchester and in her classroom at Ballwin Elementary School, where she encourages and nurtures students from kindergarten through 5th grade. Ebert’s goal is to motivate students to work together, attempt challenges and to not give up in the face of adversity. Festival of the Little Hills returns to Historic Saint Charles Aug. 16-18

Do you like history? Live music? Street food? Artisan crafts? If so, you need to head to the Festival of the Little Hills in historic Saint Charles. A summer staple since 1971, the annual Festival runs Friday, Aug. 16 through Sunday, Aug. 18 but with one notable change. The Festival will be held on Riverside Drive, in the 300 to 500 blocks, between S. Main Street and Frontier Park, which remains closed as a result of earlier flooding.
