Rockwood to start on Prop 4 projects

After an all-time-high nearly 74 percent of voters approved the Rockwood School District’s Proposition 4, a $68.9 million bond issue, on April 7, the Board of Education on April 9 approved the first five contracts for bond issue work, among a number of projects set to get underway this summer.
