2018-19 high school hockey preview

Westminster Christian Academy has won the Wickenheiser Cup for the past two seasons but coach Dean Penberthy is keeping expectations modest for the Wildcats. Logan Brown sent back to play in American Hockey League

Logan Brown is back in the American Hockey League. The Ottawa Senators sent Brown, one of its top prospects, to the Belleville Senators, its American Hockey League affiliate in Belleville, Ontario. Brown is a Chesterfield native and is the son of ex-Blue Jeff Brown, who played 13 NHL seasons for seven teams as a defenseman. Brown went to Westminster Christian Academy. The decision to send Brown, 20, the No. 11 overall pick in the 2016 draft, to Belleville was based on his play in training champ. The Chaminade high school hockey club and Chaminade College Preparatory School are pleased to announce the retirement of numbers for several Chaminade NHL Hockey Alumni.
