Parkway West’s Slutzky wins two championships in racquetball doubles tournament

Parkway Central’s Goldenberg enjoys seeing Saunders succeed with Kansas City Chiefs

Parkway Central football coach Mark Goldenberg enjoyed this year’s Super Bowl more than normal. Khalen Saunders, a 2014 Parkway Central graduate, was a rookie defensive lineman for the Kansas City Chiefs playing in Super Bowl LIV. Now, he’s a Super Bowl champion after the Chiefs won 31-20 over the San Francisco 49ers in Miami, Florida. It was the first Super Bowl title for the Chiefs in 50 years. MICDS girls squash team prepares for national tournament in Connecticut

The MICDS girls squash teams are doing well this winter. The varsity team will be playing again in the national tournament. The event is set for Feb. 21-22 in Hartford, Connecticut. “We’ll most likely compete in Division 3, which is better than last year,” coach Robyn Williams said. “We were Division 4.” The Rams finished second at the Mercersburg tournament in December.
